Magnum888a employs both automated and manual age verification procedures. Any account found to belong to an underage user will be immediately closed, all funds forfeited, and the matter may be reported to the relevant authorities where required by law.
4.1 Each eligible individual may register only one Account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.
4.2 During registration, you must provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid contact number. You must update this information promptly if it changes.
4.3 Before any withdrawal is processed, and at our discretion at any other time, Magnum888a requires completion of a KYC verification process. You may be required to submit:
4.4 KYC documents are reviewed within 24–48 hours of submission. Magnum888a may request additional documentation where necessary. Withdrawal requests remain on hold pending KYC approval.
4.5 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials. You must notify Magnum888a support immediately upon discovering or suspecting any unauthorised access to your Account.
5.1 The Platform and all its content are provided for personal entertainment purposes only. Use of the Platform for any commercial purpose — including but not limited to operating a business that derives revenue from Magnum888a games on behalf of third parties — is strictly prohibited.
5.2 You agree to use the Platform in accordance with all applicable laws, these Terms, and any supplementary rules or policies published on the Platform from time to time.
5.3 You acknowledge that online gambling involves risk and that you may lose funds deposited into your Account. Magnum888a does not guarantee any outcome, profit, or return on wagers placed.
5.4 You must not attempt to circumvent any security measure, access control, or geographic restriction implemented by Magnum888a, including through the use of virtual private networks (VPNs), proxy servers, or similar technologies.
5.5 Magnum888a may, at its sole discretion, limit, suspend, or modify access to any part of the Platform for maintenance, regulatory, or operational reasons, with or without prior notice.
6.1 All deposits are processed exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Approved deposit methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, and other methods listed on the Platform's Cashier page at the time of transaction.
6.2 The minimum deposit amount is RM30, unless a higher minimum is specified for a particular payment method or promotional offer. Maximum deposit limits vary by method and are displayed in the Cashier section.
6.3 Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account review, suspension, and/or fund forfeiture.
6.4 Magnum888a does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider or bank may apply their own charges, for which Magnum888a bears no responsibility.
6.5 Deposited funds are not interest-bearing. No interest will accrue on any Account balance held with Magnum888a.
E-wallet deposits via Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay, and DuitNow are typically credited instantly. FPX bank transfers may take 5–15 minutes depending on your banking institution. Contact support if a deposit has not reflected after 30 minutes.
7.1 Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification (see Section 4), fulfilment of any applicable wagering requirements (see Section 8), and the Platform's anti-money laundering review procedures.
7.2 Withdrawals must be directed to a payment account held in the Player's own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstance.
7.3 Processing times are as follows: e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow) are typically processed within 5–30 minutes of approval; bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day.
7.4 A minimum withdrawal amount of RM50 applies unless stated otherwise. Daily and monthly withdrawal limits apply and are disclosed in the Cashier section.
7.5 Magnum888a reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests, which may temporarily delay processing. We will notify affected players promptly and request only the information strictly necessary to complete our compliance obligations.
7.6 In the event of an erroneous credit to your Account (whether due to technical error, human error, or any other cause), Magnum888a reserves the right to reclaim the full erroneous amount. You must not wager funds that you are aware have been credited in error.
8.1 Magnum888a offers a range of bonuses and promotional rewards including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, birthday bonuses, referral rewards, and VIP tier benefits. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which are published alongside the promotion and form part of this Agreement.
8.2 Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated in the individual offer terms.
8.3 Bonuses are intended for recreational use by individual players. Any attempt to exploit bonus offers through coordinated play, bonus abuse, or any other method designed to circumvent wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of all associated bonuses and winnings, and may result in account termination.
8.4 Magnum888a reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Ongoing promotional commitments to specific players will be honoured where reasonably practicable.
8.5 Bonus awards and VIP tier upgrades are at Magnum888a's sole discretion. The Platform makes no guarantee that any player will achieve or maintain a particular VIP tier level.
9.1 All games available on the Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game type. Where game-specific rules conflict with these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail in respect of gameplay outcomes; these Terms shall otherwise govern.
9.2 In the event of a software malfunction, connection failure, or technical error during gameplay, Magnum888a will make reasonable efforts to restore the affected game to its last valid state. Where this is not possible, affected wagers may be voided and any relevant staked amount refunded to the Player's Account balance.
9.3 The Platform uses certified random number generation (RNG) technology for applicable game categories. Live dealer games are conducted in real time by trained professional dealers from licensed studio facilities. Results produced by the Platform's RNG and live dealer operations are final and binding.
9.4 Sports betting markets are governed by the rules of the relevant sport and the specific market rules published on the Platform. Magnum888a reserves the right to void any market that has been subject to irregular betting patterns, suspicious activity, or corruption.

11.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Violations may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:

13.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Magnum888a shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
13.2 Magnum888a's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13.3 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Magnum888a does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
13.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.
14.1 You may close your Account at any time by contacting Magnum888a customer support via Live Chat. Provided your Account is in good standing and all applicable withdrawal requirements have been met, any remaining real-money balance will be refunded to your registered payment method within a reasonable period.
14.2 Magnum888a may suspend or terminate your Account without prior notice if: you are found to have breached any provision of these Terms; your Account shows signs of fraudulent, criminal, or abusive activity; regulatory obligations require it; or you fail to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
14.3 Upon termination for breach, any remaining balance may be forfeited at Magnum888a's sole discretion, subject to applicable legal requirements. Magnum888a will retain relevant records for the period required by law.
15.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Magnum888a holds its international gaming licence. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
15.2 If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be severed from the Agreement, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
15.3 No failure or delay by Magnum888a in exercising any right or remedy under these Terms shall constitute a waiver of that right or remedy, nor shall it prevent or restrict its further exercise.
16.1 Magnum888a reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide notice via a prominent announcement on the Platform or via email to your registered address, with a minimum of 7 days' notice before the changes take effect.
16.2 Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date.
